Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Rates above are for deliveries within city limits only. Please contact us if you wish to receive your order outside of our delivery areas. We don’t deliver to these areas in Abu Dhabi.
- Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
- Additional AED 2.00 will be applicable for scheduled delivery service.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
- Package size and weight is limited to 60 kgs. per shipment or measurements does not exceed 80 cms. from any side.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
NL Star International is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship in the United Arab Emirates and to the following countries only:
- Saudi Arabia
Customs, Duties and Taxes
NL Star International is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
