"Sport Nutrition" Program

The Sport program breaks down into 2 categories:

Recovery

Plan
After engaging in strenuous exercise your body will need to recover its fluid and glycogen levels.
In order to archieve a quick and full recovery, it is recommended that you take Energy Diet within two hours after a workout

Muscle Mass

Plan
This program, which is aimed at developing muscle mass, advises to use energy diet range of products as an additional supplement to your main meals.
On days when you are not working out take 1-2 servings of Energy Diet as a supplement to your main diet.
